Privacy policy
Last updated October 23, 2026
The short version: Crewlog keeps what you need to log your games and share what you learn. Your games are private unless you share them. We don't sell your data, show ads or use trackers.
What we store
- Your account: your email address, and a password if you set one. If you sign in with Google or Discord, we get your email address and the basic profile those services share (your name and picture). We only use the email.
- Your profile: your handle, the avatar and colors you pick, your time zone and your settings.
- What you add: games and results, notes and tips, decks, events, comments and cheers, and the groups you create or join.
We don't collect your location, contacts or anything from your phone beyond what you type in.
Who can see it
- Private things are visible only to you. Games and notes start private.
- Group things are visible to the members of that group.
- Public things, like your profile page and tips you share with everyone, can be seen by anyone, including people who aren't signed in.
These rules are enforced by the database itself, not only by the app. If a group connects a Discord channel, updates you share with that group may also be posted there.
The people who run Crewlog can access the database to keep it working and to deal with abuse reports.
How we use it
- To run Crewlog: show you your games, stats and matchups, and share what you choose to share.
- To sign you in and send the emails you ask for, like sign-in codes.
- To keep the service safe and fix problems.
We don't sell your data, use it for ads, or share it with anyone except the services that run Crewlog.
Services that run Crewlog
- Supabase hosts the database, sign-in and stored files.
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Google and Discord, only if you choose to sign in with them.
- An email provider sends sign-in emails.
They handle your data only to provide their service to Crewlog.
Cookies and your device
Crewlog uses one kind of cookie: the one that keeps you signed in. Your phone also keeps pages you've opened and games you log offline, so the app works with spotty signal. That copy stays on your device, and saved pages are cleared when you sign out.
Deleting your data
You can edit or delete your games, notes and decks at any time. To delete your whole account, email support@getcrewlog.com from the address you signed up with and we'll remove your account and everything you added within 30 days.
Children
Crewlog is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change is significant. See also our terms.
